Footsteps of St Patrick: Faith, Hope and Love

This one‑hour workshop invites teachers into a contemplative and deeply human exploration of the theological virtues that defined St Patrick’s mission: Faith, Hope and Love. Through Scripture, reflective stations, and encounter with the papal exhortation Dilexi Te, participants are drawn into the spiritual heart of Patrick’s story — a life transformed by trust in God, confident hope amid hardship, and courageous love lived in service to others.

Staff will reflect on the Gospel call of Matthew 25, recognising Christ in the vulnerable and responding with mercy, justice, and compassion. The session highlights how St Patrick’s faithfulness, resilience, and missionary love mirror the Church’s ongoing call to serve the poor, act for justice, and build communities grounded in dignity and care.

Supported by a facilitator guide, slide deck, and interactive reflection activities, this workshop helps educators connect these virtues to their own vocation, their relationships, and the daily life of the school community.
