World Youth Day is a life-changing opportunity for young people and faith leaders to encounter Christ, deepen their faith, and join with millions of pilgrims from around the world in a celebration of the universal Church.
In August 2027, pilgrims from Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools will travel to Seoul, South Korea, for World Youth Day, joining Archbishop Comensoli and pilgrims from across the Archdiocese of Melbourne.
Participation in World Youth Day includes a comprehensive formation journey before departure, the pilgrimage and WYD experiences in Seoul, and opportunities for reflection and ongoing formation upon return
